Missed the meeting on Saturday, March 7 th?
We had an opportunity to meet with one of our neighbors who is in charge of the “Weed and Seed” Program. Although this projects target area is not part of Highlawn. The neighborhood believes that many of the programs will benefit Highlawn and the rest of the city. Many of the programs and class that the “Weed and Seed” Program has started are open to the general public. For more information see their web page or contact Tim White.
For more information see the Herald Dispatch.
To start the Light Up the Night campaign, the Neighborhood Watch is doing a Street Light Around Up. Where neighbors will walk around the Highlawn identifying burnt out street lights, so they can be turned into APE so they can be replaced.
Missing the Feb 2009 Workshop. You can read about it on the Herald Dispatch.
